Admission

Curriculum


This program is offered to students with two options: thesis or non-thesis. Both options consist of 1.5 years of core academic courses and two to three laboratory rotations, as well as advanced electives. Students in both options complete laboratory research projects in a faculty member’s lab.

  • Thesis option:
    • Students choosing the thesis option complete a research project that is developed into a written thesis and is defended in an oral presentation.
  • Non-Thesis option:
    • Students in the non-thesis option prepare a written report of their research followed by an oral presentation.
