MHPE Leadership Certificate
The MHPE Leadership Certificate prepares medical and health professions educators with new skills to build competence in leadership and develop the professional habits of mind to lead others. It enables learners with advanced skills in personal leadership assessment and professional development planning, assessing leadership challenges and developing leadership solutions, and understanding the importance of studying the science of leadership as a life-long learner.
This certificate is designed for those who:
- Are in charge of programs, departments, or people,
- Play a role in planning educational programs that are cutting-edge and sustainable, or
- Wish to become a better educational leader at your institution.
